Asima Silva will be presenting Islamophobia to Muslim parents. Most of our children have suffered or will suffer bullying and harassment because of their faith or their background. Many of these incidents go unreported and youngsters deal with the frustration alone. Parents can feel helpless, not aware of the tools available to them. The presentation will outline the issues our kids face, the steps to reporting an incident, as well as the consequences and expectations when we bring our concerns to light.
